I don't have a Job but I still Work.

Many man have lots Jobs and with this unstable economical crisis the world is facing, there are still more jobs on the line.
The only mistake we can do is to stop working as a man. Your family support you when you don't have a Job but they suffer emotionally and financially when you don't work.

In a job you have a boss, you get paid in exchange of your time and set of skills you provide the company with.
However Work is what you began doing as a child, when you started polishing your fathers shoes, washing dishes and the dog, doing garden and washing the car.
All this had very little to do with salary, but gratitudes, a sense of belonging and purpose.
Nobody paid you for doing it, yet you were happy and contend when your parents said,
"WOW!!! we have a big girl now, dishes are clean all the time",
Or "it's good to have a son, look how beautiful our garden is".

Many people are still going to find themselves without Jobs, but never be found without work.
A man that work has his full dignity,
He is far from being depressed, or committing suicide.
God did not call Adam to a Job but to work the garden.
While you are looking for a Job, do some work as well,  be it community work, just do something with your life.

Many works have yielded income unexpectedly and the man doesn't have to be hired in a Job ever again.
Some of you have serious qualifications and they are stoping you from getting to the purpose of God for your life. You studied what you were  interested in, but that does not mean it's was your destiny or purpose in life.
That is why you feel that you need to get a Job in that field or nothing.

My friend and my mentor Max Moyo said in his book, (The 8th wonder of the world) says.
"You can't teach a mango tree to produce peaches,". It will fail dismally. The only thing the mango tree is good at is producing mangoes. You can take it to university in order to produce more mangoes. But if you want it to be miserable for the rest of it's like, make it believe it can produce peaches.

Some of us went to university and polish a wrong skill, hence the frustration of not getting a job.
Maybe you are not getting a job because there is a big company inside of you that will hire more people than the famous company called (Retrenchment and Downsizing Inc).

I work, I do.....
1. I motivate students in two High schools and one Primary School.
2. I motivate and Pray with the members of the SAPS (Tsakane).
3. I pray and motivate Social workers in Guleksdal.
4. I hold morning prayers at Guleksdal Clinic.
5. I sell hand bags in Government offices and to the public.
6. I have a vegetable garden in my back yard, We have not bought onions for the past three-years. My garden has blessed over 15 families in Tsakane and Geluksdal, over 5 families in Soweto, even my reletives that from KZN, they never leave empty handed, you will not leave our house empty handed.
I may not have a job but I work, work hard and smart.
Very soon my work is going to be one of my streams of income, watch the space.

Surviving the Odds

Everybody has been through something tragic in life. Many have not lived to tell their stories about it.
I'm alive today and I will tell the whole world about it, hoping that it will inspire someone not to take the same route in life.
Being alive has to be celebrated at all the time, the fact that somebody looks at you and get lifted from their heavy load in life, means you matter a lot than you think.
The sad case would be celebrating to be alive in another dangerous way that can see you right back at the centre of where death wanted you to be before it preys on you.

Somebody head a gun short two houses away from their house, panicked,  had a heart attack and died.
You, on the other hand got robbed, stabbed or short several times before being left to die but you survived.
- How are you celebrating the fact that you are still alive?
- Who has been inspired by your tragedy, and is grateful today to have come across you in life and has learned valuable lessons?

Somebody inherited millions and today they don't even have a cent under their name.
You started your business from scratch, went down two three times and now you are up and runing successfully again.
- How do you celebrate your victory?
- Who are you taking by the hand, shadowing you?
- Do you tell people what to avoid in business or they will have to find out for themselves one day?

Somebody lost a job and has been hospitalised for Over Dosing, in fear of losing their car, moving back home from a townhouse, the collections department calls and having to face friend and relative who knew you as high fligher.
You on the other hand have been out of work for over five years now, you have a wife, kids, house, a car and you are still sober.
- How do you celebrate what life has dished to your plate?
- Is anyone learning from you?
- What have you been doing to maintain sanity?

You had an accident and your car was written off, the second and the third car too and you are still alive.
- How do you celebrate the fact that you are still standing, no disability, no blackouts, not even one operation?
- Who's life has your story changed.
- What is the plan to make sure that the present car does not write you off this time?

You have been divorced, lost everything and started building from point A. People look at you as the cause of it all, they talk bad behind your back. They use your family as an example.
But you are still out there and thriving, you still have your smile and a bright face even after the ordeal.
"To a wrong person you will never be right, to a right person you will know when you are wrong".
- How do you celebrate this opportunity you have now?
- What are the learning you took from the wreckage to be your life lesson for your future?
- How many times do you seat with your children and teach them about the value of life?

You have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, Aids, Cancer, Sugar diabetics.......
It's been ten years now and you still going strong.
Many who told the whole world that you are dying have since passed on before you as a result of car accidents and other natural causes.
- How are you celebrating life everyday?
- Have you taken the next step to be an activist of the sickness you are braving?
- Are you an advocate for those who think it's a death sentence?

We as people have survived many unforeseen and unspeakable things in life. Unfortunately some of the people thing they can drink to that.
I have nothing against alcohol except that it is another killer, when it is abused.
Is it possible to think that you are celebrating to be alive while you are putting your life at another risk?
Risk of driving after you had two or three glasses?
Risk of putting other drivers and pedestrians in danger?
I salute you for having a designated driver, but you have a firearm, another risk,
you become abusive to those around you after two glasses.
Is this the only way you know of celebrating and being greatful to be alive?

Sharp Pain

If you want to know about sharp pain, ask not a person with a headache,
but a married woman without a child,
Ask a wealthy man or a king without a son,
Ask a father with a fool for a son,
Ask a mother with a ten year old daughter who looks and behave as a twenty year udult,
Ask a separated couple,
Ask a hungry person with no plan or hope for food.
They can write you a book about Sharp pain.

A person/ spouse needs your unwavering support and unconditional love when they are,
down in their sick hospital bed,
Have a courtcase hanging over their shoulders,
Have their business and assets frozen/ liquidated,
Unemployed, blacklisted and depressed,
Lost their last parent, a child, brother or a sister,
Having a difficult boss, who want sexual favours
(something your partner may never have strength to tell you)
Owe money and can not make a repayment,
It's a Sharp pain.

We have a tendency of being there for people who are doing well and neglet those who need a shoulder to cry on.
We pay lip service to terms like, friend, buddy, mpintshi, chomma, and never do what the word requires.
I don't need anyone to show me love and support when,
- I am out of the hospital,
- Nursing my 1st baby at age 45,
- Employed again,
- Successfully bounced back in business,
- Having success in my marriage,
- When I have found an organ donor.

It's amaizing how things fall on those who already have their hands full.
Financial education is much more accessible to those who already have money than those in need.
We even advertise on the net, what about the poorest of them all?
It's more like the rain likes the sea more than the land where people have planted crops.
Drugs are plenty where poverty rule with an iron fist.
Funny, a drug dealers son does not take drugs.....
A daughter of a pimp is not a prostitute....
It's a Sharp Pain

Jesus fed over 5000 hungry people who were not even Christians,
Today over 5000 hungry christians feed one pastor, all they get is his a bumper sticker with a pastor's face in return.
Jesus walked with 12 Disciples,
Today pastor's walk with 12 bodyguards
All this is a sharp pain that an asprin can not numb.

In most cases we think support is having sweet words to say or money to spend on a person, not so.
- A text saying:
"Hey, I trust you well"
"It's gonna be fine"
"Thinking of you"
"I know how you feel"
is all it takes to bring hope and a smile.

- Have you ever felt pain when your body is not painfull?
- When you visit a grieving person, sometimes you just have seat quietly next to them.
- Words can be easily misunderstood at times.
- Support is not money all the time, but your presence or thoughts in writing.

I have felt pain before and I still do from time to time,
I know the sharp pain you've been or still going through,
The feeling that says, "nobody cares"
When you feel like people are talking about your situation.
When you trust no one.
When it feels like it will never end,
God has a way out of your situation, you are in it to gain wisdom.

Psalm: 34.
18. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Life Coaching and Motivation: How to win friends and influence people

Life Coaching and Motivation: How to win friends and influence people: I shall pass this life but once; any good, there fore, that I need to do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it ...

How to win friends and influence people

I shall pass this life but once; any good, there fore, that I need to do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now.
Let me not defer nor neglet it, for I shall not pass this way again.
"Dale Carnegie"

* As a child you head that your parent is not well but you said "I will go see them when I have money, when I am not busy, or next week after my friends party.
- Only for them to pass away before you do.

* You procrastinate telling your siblings, spouse and children that you love them, they actually leave your presence without you kissing them good bye.
- Only for them not to return home forever one day.

* You see the naked but you don't clothe them, you ignor the beggars at the robbot, you see the hungry and you don't feed them.
- How do you forget so soon that you were once naked, hungry, and needy at one point in time?

* Never miss an opportunity to do good, it might be your last, you may never see the person again or the person may never see you ever.
-  But your guilty conscience will never give you rest for not doing what is good and humane.

Life has no guarantees, don't allow time, money and commitments stop you from doing good, lest you never forgive yourself for not seizing that moment.

(A story of my life)
I once drove from Johannesburg to Durban on a half tank, empty wallet and children at the back seat to see my mother at the hospital. Half way through, petrol did the obvious, children were hungry and I had to call on friends, after few declines God was on my side and a brother came through. The money was enough to filled the tank, feed the kids and tollgates.

We spend a Sunday with her(My Mother), she looked beautiful as ever, we said a prayer as we prepared to drive back on family contributions. I paid back every borrowed money on my return. Unfortunately that was the last time I spoke to her as she passed on few days after.
Was I going to heal her?  The answer is no, however I was going there to heal myself. "QB"

I could not let Money, Time and commitments stop me from doing right.
Today I sleep peacefully, because I went against the odds for the right reasons.

I said to myself:
"Let me not defer nor neglet it, for I shall not pass this way again".

Now the ball is in your court, how long are you going to keep grudges........

Return to God S.A or things will get worse

Deuteronomy 28
43 The foreigners who reside among you will rise above you higher and higher, but you will sink lower and lower. 44. They will lend to you, but you will not lend to them. They will be the head, but you will be the tail.

Zechariah 1
3 Therefore tell the people: This is what the Lord Almighty says: 'Return to me,' declares the Lord Almighty, 'and I will return to you,' says the Lord Almighty.

2 Chronicles 7
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

To my fellow South African brothers and sisters, we need to follow God's word to break this generational curse, both black and white foreigners come and take over our country because of a curse that our forefathers left as an inheritance for us.

My prayer for my children,

1. I pray that you never strugle to get an opportunity for education, lower, middle and high level of education.
2. I pray for God to grant me the ability to pay for your education or source bursaries for you.
3. May you never strugle to find employment, start a successful business, and excell beyond human understanding.
4. May your God given talent feed you, your children and become a long life time career and a legacy.
5. I pray for my children not to have children out of wedlock.
6. I pray for God fearing Husbands for my daughters.
7. I pray for God fearing wives for my sons.
8. I declare that my children will never taste abuse, extra marital relationships, cheating, unruly children, poverty and lack or any form of disfuctionality in their marriages and in life.
9. I pray that my children never depart from the ways of the Lord and the Grace of Jesus Christ.
10. I pray that my children live to be world changers, pursuing biblical morals base on the unadulterated word of God and make this world a better place.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen!!!

* I believe in community or cooperate parenting, where your children are my children too.
This prayer is for your children too because I am their parent as well.
Never look away when you see my children do evil in your sight, *including kissing boys or girls in the amusment park, *when you see them at the mall or amusement park during school hours, *when you see them smoking and drinking alcohol, *involved in street fight and affiliating in groups or gangsterism.
* Motivate them when the do good.
* Encourage the on the way of life.
* Refresh them when they get tired along the way.
* Be a father or mother you never had to all children.
NB: I am already watching them every time I'm out there.

Iron man (Noma yini bhoza yam)

Noma yini bhoza yam (Zulu), means "you can give me anything sir"
Thats who I, once so called slim shadey, klever, top dog, Jackals, sgebengu(gangsta), have reduced myself too. I collect every form of steel and metal just to take it to the nearest scrap yard so they can weigh and pay me for it.

I'm the guy who causes traffic in the mornings and afternoons as I drag my big bag on wheels, filled with scraps. Now they call me 10111, I careless about cars behind me as I drag my treasure collection. I don't bath, the rain does the job for me, if I missed it, there is always a cloud in the near future. I once had a dream too.

They told me that the crew I hang with was not good, I asked myself within "how do they know them? they just jealous because I'm cool for a change".
I was happening, girls liked me, friends accepted me and at home they annoyed me.
Friends and everyone made more sense than everyone in the house combined.

I always thought life will never change, my father will always be fully employed and able to buy me every brand that I demanded.
I really got mad when I did not get what I wanted and held everyone at ransom by threatening to kill myself.
I was selfish to the bone.
I never saw my mother being retrenched or without a job one day. I always told my friends we are rich at home, never saw us without the essentials.

School got boring, amaizingly there is always a house where there are no parents during the day, and it becomes a man cave. Where virgins are tabled for breakfast,  conscience soothed with all sorts of alcohol and drugs. Funny enough I could see that I have reached a point of no return, yet I continued, foolish of me.

1. The rude way I spoke to my mother, telling her to get out of my life and that she has never done anything good for me, even pushed her around and punch her sometimes.
2. How I ran away everytime my father was in the house, I avoided him like a plague.
3. How I pressed my little sister against the wall for telling mom, I haven't been to school for a month.
4. I only came home when everyone was not there, to steal money and take somethings to sell.
5. How I felt like everybody owed me something, from school mates to teachers, friends and family. They realy had to give me something for me to consider them cool.

Today I wish I listened to the man who came to school for assembly, the lady who preached the word of God in the bus, I wish I attended the Christian movement at school and did not make fun of them.
Interestingly, I see all the children I use to make fun off , they don't recognise me but I see them driving fancy cars, it's as if they are strategically positioned in every corner and traffic light, restaurants and helping hand centers I seek help from.
I can't tell them my real name. When I got arrested for a stolen car, the teachers pet counted me in, imagine!!.

To any young man reading this passage, either you identify with it or you know somebody headed this direction, just be a speed hump and slow him down a bit, be an off ramp, just take him off the free and Hiway.
Reality check, friends never liked you, sorry it's the truth, they liked what you had, as soon as it's gone, you will never see them again.
Today we have so many squatter camps in SA and around the world because of people who still have homes, but their pride doesn't allow them to go back and ask for forgiveness. No one plans and dream of living in a shack, but life without guidance always leads there, and the Government has to come to the rescue using tax payers money.
I once had a dream too, but I chose not to work on it.
